Samples that drift from the reference

You send a moodboard, a tech pack, exact specs. The sample comes back close — but not quite. Slightly different proportions. A finish that’s almost but not exactly what you asked for. The cause is usually translation, not deception: tech packs read differently to a karigar than they do to you.

Quality that varies between sample and bulk

The sample looks great. The bulk run, made by different hands across multiple days, doesn’t match it as tightly. Plating thickness, stone-setting tension, finish consistency — these quietly drift between the first 50 pieces
and the next 500.

Pre-shipment inspection on every order — micron checks on plating, prong tension on stones, finish comparison against the approved sample.

The first-time-buyer pricing gap

Workshops quote new buyers higher prices and firmer MOQs than they quote repeat customers. It’s not malicious — it’s how relationship-driven economies work everywhere. But if you’re new, you can pay 15–25% more
than you should.
