HOW WE PRICE
We bill our clients only — never workshops. Our fees come from you, transparently, and workshop production costs go directly from you to the workshop at their quoted price. We don’t take supplier commissions, hidden markups, or kickbacks of any kind.
Exact pricing depends on scope, volume, and the complexity of your designs. The bands below are honest ranges to give you a sense of what to budget. We share specific numbers on the fit call once we understand your situation.
Vendor Sourcing + Sample Coordination
A scoped two-to-three week engagement to find vetted workshops, coordinate samples, and deliver capability and pricing reports.

Monthly engagement for brands running multiple production cycles per quarter. Pricing reflects the volume of production we manage and the number of workshops in scope.

Monthly in advance. No long-term contract — you can cancel month-to-month with 30 days’ notice.
How clients qualify
The retainer is typically offered after two to three successful orders with us. It’s not the right starting point for brands who haven’t worked with us before — the value of the retainer comes from us already knowing your designs, your workshops, and your way of working.

Frequently Asked Questions
Because pricing depends on what you’re actually trying to do — a one-design vendor search is very different from sourcing across six SKUs with custom CAD. We’d rather quote you accurately on a 20-minute call than anchor on a number that doesn’t fit your situation.
For vendor sourcing, no formal minimum — we’ll quote whatever fits your scope. For QC, we typically don’t service orders under 50 units per SKU because workshop MOQs make it impractical. For retainers, we look for at least one production cycle per month.
On vendor sourcing engagements, if we can’t surface a workshop you’d actually order from after the sample round, we refund the second half of the engagement. On QC and retainer, fees cover work delivered — but if you’re not getting what you paid for, we’d rather have that conversation directly than have you feel stuck.
We invoice in USD. Payment via wire transfer or international card. Larger engagements can be split into milestones to manage cash flow on your side.
Tell us honestly on the fit call. For early-stage brands placing first orders, we sometimes scope smaller engagements that don’t appear in the bands above. We’d rather find a way to make it work than turn away a brand that could become a long-term client.
